Partial Refunds
assure you most of your fees are paid from Cure Dividends.
To qualify, you must faithfully follow your recommended program. This is simply doing
recommended increases every five days and an honest diary at least once every month.
You must make each request within ten days of each 30 day membership period.
This protection for you can be abused. Curing you requires honest reporting, and
most our members report accurately. Unfortunately, there are some who seek to
cheat. The intense analysis of your diary that is part of curing you discloses clues about
dishonest reporting. While the effect of any one ingredient on alcohol consumption is
unpredictable, each ingredient has very predictable effects on your body and mood.

Most importantly, it preserves your right to change your mind without triggering the acceleration of your entire obligation as happens if you quit before your intitial five months or after you have reached Social Drinking. Many members make the mistake of trying to cancel their membership the moment they stop drinking and then, to there dismay, resume drinking and want to Resignup. This protects you. If you quit while Social Drinking or better, do not follow your 5 month program to give us a chance to progress you to Drinking Down Half, or achieve Drinking Down Half and do not follow your program for eleven months to progress you to Social Drinking, you agree to pay our $2,600 ResignUp/Persistence Counseling charge, to cover our extra costs of counseling you to continue your membership. Facing up to the cost of your treatment is often part of what cures you, since many members need training in personal integrity and before us have found that drinking is mostly beneficial and the ramifications are distant. Additionally, late charges and interest at the maximum legal rates, plus all collection costs and attorney fees in all courts. The seven month notice can save you that money if you learn to keep your obligations . You want to know we are there for you when you desperately need us. Most members realize they want to resume payments for legal reasons, need further formula adjustments or especially need a Safety Net formula. Your brain has been damaged substantially by alcohol. It takes about that long as your brain starts to repairs itself to get smart and agree to keep your original commitments without incurring the Special Counseling fee and exposing you to the additional expense of hiring a lawyer and coming to Jacksonville Florida. Since our typical member spends more than $12/day on drinking, during your membership your Cure Dividend Savings typically exceed your fees. Your payment obligations cease upon request in the unlikely event you meet the following conditions. 1. In extreme cases, we will require the hair test, which costs over $500. This contract is entered into when your assessment and credit card information arrives in Florida. Your full fee obligations arise when your First Recommendations are mailed from Florida. All work is performed, and records are stored, in Florida. Florida law will apply and you agree to jurisdiction in Florida courts for all matters. To the extent allowed by law, we both agree to waive trial by jury. This includes it's consumer protection laws to the exclusion of other consumer protection laws, where lawful. Resumed drinking after you cancel prematurely, or your case has been placed with our lawyers is regrettable, but self inflicted, and you will be considered cured. In the event any provisions of these terms and conditions and contract terms found on other pages are determined to be ineffective, flawed or contrary to law they shall be severable, and the rest of your agreement will be given full force and effect. Any changes in these terms and conditions and contract terms found on other pages shall be binding on all members unless rejected in writing within thirty days of publication. While your Cure Dividend takes many months to return our investment in you, continuing membership is at worst a modest monetary sacrifice and you get all the valuable benefits of a stable good mood with abstinence, Safety Net or Sudden Success.
